Without hesitation

Settling down into the body.
Sensing my presence here.
It is as though I were filled with a very fine kind of water 
That penetrates every cell more deeply than my mind can.

And so I let the mind go completely 
And I immerse myself
Allowing this liquid medium to penetrate me more and more deeply 
So that I remember:

I am made of cells,
Of molecules,
Of atoms.
And at the base of this fabric,
Quanta that connect me to everything else in the cosmos
So that we are partners in existence.
