I come here immediately to a place where every cell in my body is alive with a different energy that speaks of a different level of being. An influence that flows into this Earth, this planet, this body, which comes from the place where creation begins. And I am already here, within this influence. It is in this body, supporting me as I breathe. And so, for a moment here, in the stillness of thought, and the organic sensation of this being, I take the time for myself to become more whole, and to be here where I am and nowhere else. For despite all of the struggles in the world, this day will always be filled with goodness everywhere, in every moment, flowing into the root of creation, emerging here, an influence that flows upward from the magnetism and gravity of the planet into this being, and binds me to its purpose and its work. And it is in the magnetic relationship, the gravitational relationship, to the force of this planet and its life and work, that I prepare myself to receive the influences that the Sun sends to the planet. I am a conduit. I bring the energy up from below through sensation into the body so that each molecule begins to remember its responsibility to receive the emanations of the sun. All of them alive here together in a whole community. More prepared to fulfill their role. and the role of my being is for the thinking to be empty and still and thus filled with mercy and prepared for grace and the body to be alive in this field of energy which it both absorbs and retains. And for the feeling to be prepared to participate in what is. Here is the way of being, and here is the way of breathing and not breathing and here is the place of rest from within which I become.
