In life, I am forever at the beginning of all things in each moment. Life is here within being, as is goodness, and truth, and death. All things are contained here within the breathing, the relationship to sensation. And at this time, the most profound impression I can take in comes at the bottom of the breath, where it pauses. and I inhabit a moment of stillness that prepares to take the breath in. I take in a very precise impression of the inward breath as it arrives. I sense the exchange of substances that it brings into being in every cell of my body and I know from this sensation that the glory is already present here within me as it is in all creation and all creatures. And in order to take this impression of the glory in and sense it more fully, I stop at the bottom of the breath and put my attention here. so that I am more completely prepared to take in the impression of the way that it lives in the breath. As the breath flows in through this new and living sensation, the whole world flows in. Life is a vessel that receives the world. A vessel intended to hold goodness. I sense that no matter what happens outwardly, this goodness is unconditional. For it brings life and being towards the glory, regardless of circumstances, so that a new light may come to shine from within upon all of creation. I breathe in this new light. It is distributed throughout every molecule in this body, forever preparing to be.
