A right sensation

The search for a path towards light

Immediately, as I begin here,
I sense the weight and gravity in the lower part of the body
not as just physics
but as an actual presence within me

the presence of a force that binds me here to this planet
the place where the roots of my being reach downwards
into the nourishment provided by the cosmological foundation
upon which the feet of my very soul itself rest.

And in this body set,
in this intelligence of the sensation of the body,
I am prepared to draw breath in a new way.

The top of the head awakens a bit,
sensing that a new work is here to be undertaken.

The pause of the breath is noticed.

All of a sudden, immediately,
because of my greater sensitivity to this gravity,
other parts in my being body hear the call to participate.

And the mind becomes more quiet,
sensing that a new sensation of being is becoming available.
