I return to the breathing from the bottom of the breath where the stillness resides. I follow it inwards, becoming aware of the fact that my body and my life arise from a universal energy. A cosmological force of affirmation from which everything in creation arises effortlessly, all at the same time. And I do not think this so much as sense it with this body, which of itself is a perfect instrument, perfectly designed to sense this force within its being. This force is an emanation of goodness itself, folding and unfolding so that the blossoms of life and being are forever opening and closing here at the same time in this moment and this movement It manifests itself throughout all of being. And it speaks in the voice of life itself. I have come here from the unknown. I rest here within the unknown. And I see that as the mystery here unfolds, that rest consists of coming into relationship with constant movement. Within myself, I encounter the paradox that this constant movement of energy begins here in stillness and ends in stillness. A place now in which everything is constantly folding and unfolding opening and closing. At the bottom is a perfect stillness all this sensed with the body alone untouched by the mind, filled with love, resting in the constant movement of eternity.
