I begin here as I am whatever condition I am in. I agree with myself to relax into that condition so that I inhabit it with the entire organ of my being. My whole being is an organ of perception. Here to perceive not just who I am and what I do but the way in which I am a single particle of being that belongs to the entire cosmos. In this way I am part of a community, a wholeness that repeats itself eternally throughout creation. This wholeness is always here calling me to be a part of it more consciously. To come here and to participate in this process of exploring the great unknown. And in order to approach this sensation of being, this organic experience of my existence as a whole thing, I begin to become more aligned and attuned to the very fine energy which exists throughout the being-body of the planet, rooted here on Earth in its gravity, which itself is a blessing and a place where the soul can rest its roots and grow, and aligned with the magnetism of the planet in such a way that I am an active participant in the energies of the sun which flow into being here. As I come to this place I include the breathing, which reminds me with every breath that I am here in relationship with the planet and that throughout the cosmos at this very moment countless other creatures are doing the same thing. I breathe in to being. I breathe out into being in such a way that whether I breathe in or out or merely pause the bottom, my sensation and I are here together in the wholeness of being, and in this way the gateways in all of the cells in my body become more aligned and cooperative. Every molecule in my body becomes more sensitive in community, listening very carefully. And here is where the great stillness both arises and abides, waiting for the energy of presence to bring feeling here to this place, something I can never force. And I see that this activity of organic sensing-presence, which diffuses itself throughout the body in a perfectly evenly distributed way is just a form of preparation, a way to become intimately related to the stillness, which will prepare a ground for goodness to enter being. And so in this way I prepare to receive sorrow, that it may prepare to receive joy, and so that the two of them may blend and the glory be born, both within and without, in all things, in every time and place. My work is to become open to the glory. And we end here
