I begin here, breathing in. Breathing in a change in perspective where I understand myself more organically through the inner sensation of my cells and molecules in such a way that I experience a more immediate conscious realization that I am a fragment of a whole world. Alive and aware. Participating. Not orchestrating. Breathing, not inhaling. Thinking through sensation rather than attempting to sense with thought. Here and now, taking in a clear impression of the energy both within and outside the body. A harmonic union of being. I am here with the whole planet, and the whole planet is in me now so that we are far less distinct from one another than my ordinary day-to-day thoughts and actions would imply. And it is in this place that I come into alignment with the gravity that binds me here and of the magnetism that collects me together in being. All of creation has arrived here in me together in this moment and I have arrived in all of creation. This is the place where I form an even deeper bond with my sensation which begins as an organ and leads me into a molecular relationship with being. One alive in the details of its energy. A collective mystery I cannot penetrate, but can only be present to. I Am. A fragment of this very active cosmos working always and everywhere to remember itself to reconstruct the awareness of its own being here in this moment. Alive in this energy, I participate. And as always it is most appropriate here within being to utter the words Lord have mercy.
