It's difficult to navigate through life With all of the negative things that happen. And there is always the question of how to deal with negativity In the midst of everything. How do I come back to myself with a positive value And a sense of goodness In the face of wrongs that are done? I need to begin somewhere other than my ordinary thinking and my usual emotional reactions. I wish to return to life itself and to the stillness of my mind from within So that I can use this moment to sense life and its goodness Independent of those things which happen.
