A fabric that connects us all

I am here within life itself. 

And yet there are times when I don't remember that. 

So I take some time now 
to remember that I dwell 
in the midst of life 
as it arrives here in this instant. 

And I let go of the tension in my body, 
allowing myself to enter life more fully. 
To enter the breathing more fully.
To allow the energy from within to be the guide 
to a restoration of my awareness of being. 

And suddenly, 
I am already more whole, 
more centered, 
more present, 
more grateful for this very simplest fact 
that I am in the midst of existence itself. 

And the molecular state of my body gently realigns itself 
so that everything in me 
rediscovers the partnership of cells the sharing of energy, 
a conversation that begins deep in the body, 
not far from where the soul touches life. 

I have for a moment become more intimate again. 
Intimate with the sensation of this miracle of life. 

And I bring everything that I am from within 
forward from the great depths in which it is rooted 
to touch this place called life 
so that we acknowledge one another. 

I am.
  
And the intimacy in this 
inspires an ever greater wish to be intimate. 

To sense myself down to the tiniest part. 
To allow the energy to become more still. 
To be reminded of the even finer energies that seek being. 

I hear echoes of the goodness of life within this state. 

I open myself more 
to receive the faint sounds of praise and glory 
that arise everywhere throughout the universe. 

I sense the way in which this praise and glory 
is a fabric that connects us all.
